* Hired during initial setup of business
*Setting up the business from the scratch, which includes hiring of team, setting up Standards. Responsible to oversee entire Admin related tasks for the initial setup.
* Responsible for Retail Standard Audits (Both sales and After sales)
* Responsible to oversee completion of Web trainings (Sales and after sales)

*Manage All Aftersales Department. Additional responsibility is to Handle warranty personally *Correspond with Importer General Manager, Investors, Marketing and Sales Department for Daily Operation.
* Correspond with Customer's and solve Customers Complaints on site
* Follow up, Monitor Technical, and Recall Campaigns Completion.
* Aftersales KPI Analysis and make improvement plan.
* Monitor Warranty Processes, Submission, Rejection and Warranty Room Management.
* After-sales Marketing
* Oversee Customer Satisfaction Index and Survey and make sure Target achieved.
* Oversee Profit Reports and area to improve.
* Prepare Monthly Business Plans and Targets.
* Prepare Staff's Personnel development plan.

* Managing the entire Body shop Team
* Responsible for P&L for the department.
* Attending the customer and assessing the extend of vehicle damage for accident case.
* Online survey (Wedge Garage, WCM) performed for work approval/completion
* Estimate preparation, claim intimation and documentation.
* Preparation of the invoice for the repair works carried out.

* Link between the manufacturer and dealer
* Update Volvo in case of technical issues faced by the product
* Taking approvals for the replacement of parts under warranty
* Responsible for completion of Quality Bulletins/ Recalls by Volvo
* Enter the claims in QW90 (Warranty System)
* Maintain the warranty room with all the replaced warranty parts(as per Volvo Standards)

* Acting as the front face of the company
* Attending the customer and analyzing the issues faced by the customer
* Communicating the issue with technicians and getting the issue corrected before delivering the vehicle to customer
* Preparation of the invoice for the repair works carried out

*Carry out Periodic maintenance and general repair of vehicles
* Diagnosing and fault tracing the vehicle using VIDA(Vehicle Information and Diagnostic tool for After sales)
* Able to use Volvo Special tools
* Special Technical Task for PDI Vehicles before Delivery in Vehicle Storage Center.
