Format: Pharmacy Was part of the core team that rolled out India's first organized retail pharmacy chain stores that were ISO 9001:2000 accredited. Managed retail operations encompassing statutory compliances, purchase, store & warehouse operations, and achievement of budgetary targets Achievements: Was actively involved in formulating the business strategy of the organization. Designed the QMS as part of ISO Quality Systems. Set up the Retail Operations in Mumbai, which then facilitated the Top Management to expand operations in Pune and Ahmedabad.

•Responsible for formulating SOPs, Compliance & Process audits for stores Conceptualization, planning & implementation of projects for streamlining store operations & enhancing customer experience
•Monitor Service Level Delivery & Process Adherence across functions like Supply Chain, IT, Marketing, B&M, HR, Finance, Admin. Achievements Defined and rolled out the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across West, training store staf on its implantation. Improved vital business metrics like Customer Satisfaction Index (CSAT) through staf training & better promotions communication & execution. Risk mitigation by ensuring compliance & adherence to best practices in inventory management & Loss Prevention tools.
