Responsible for completion of mall project works, grand opening of mall and managing of mall which includes; taking care of mall space leasing, inviting retailer brands and franchises for leasing, dealings and negotiations with brands, coordinating with board of Directors for approvals, preparing and verification of LOIs / MOUs & agreements for the retailers, calculating CAM expenses, preparing budgets and P&L, responsible for business development, leading marketing activities, planning and executing events, managing food court, maintenance, housekeeping, security, parking and pest control. Coordinating with project contractors for completion of works; planning, controlling and coordinating of Fit Out works; finding solution and solving issues related to mall & project works; coordinating with retailers for collection of rent, CAM and utility payments, managing all statutory approvals, licenses and NOCs. Staff and utility management, invoice verification and fund management.
