- Managing Banking Operations inclusive of implementing short / long term plans; with focus on excelling business targets and service delivery metrics - Robust credit and operational risk management of portfolio - Following the process/procedure of the bank & ensuring compliance to rules and regulations of the bank including latest circulars and notifications - Implementing procedures for all round development of the bank as well as reducing overall costs to the bank through various means
Client Relationship Management.
- Managing Customer centric operations forwarding customer instructions to the concerned department & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms with minimum TAT. - Interfacing with clients for understanding their requirements and cultivating relations with them for customer retention and securing repeat business - Joint coverage as an Industry RM with regional relationship teams in terms of value adding and risk management on existing and new clientele.
Perform Reconciliations for Resolving any trade, cash and position breaks between the Manager, Prime Broker and GlobeOp systems and determining the materiality of such breaks on the NAV for weekly and monthly purposes. - Analyze daily Profit & Loss & NAV; Prepare NAV pack and Investor Allocation - Uploading trades in Geneva either manually or through auto loading of files received from Manager/ Trading Advisor - Checking corporate action events on Bloomberg terminal and making sure that the same is correctly booked in Client’s portfolio.
