Managing and coordinating all site activities of subcontractors and suppliers. Responsible for taking safety precautions at the site. Responsible for all architectural drawings, restitutions, restoration projects and revisions. Supervising and controlling IFC and shop drawings in accordance with the site. Producing detail drawings and generating solutions if necessary. Deciding on appropriate materials and alternatives. Preparation of daily reports and documentation. Conducting meetings and making presentations. Coordination between the Client and the Contractor. Conducting the relations with the Client about the variations and payments. Preparing internal payment applications and following necessary approvals from authorized institutions.
Responsible for all architectural drawings, restitution and restoration projects, detail drawings. Supervising and revision of the architectural drawings and reports. Preparation, controlling and revision of the shop drawings in accordance with the site. Preparing the presentation sheets, project albums and booklet.
