Work Experience.
• At present working as “Assist. Factory Manager” for Al Abniah Precast at Dammam Saudi Arabia. Since June 2011. Company is into manufacturing of hollow core produce with Elematic machineries, and precast produce on Vollert Weckenmann pallet circulating plant. And other special items like double T slabs single T slabs, Girder Beam, staircase column footing and other precast element.
• Total capacity of Plant 50, 000m3 of reinforced concrete production per year and 312, 000m2 of hollow production per year.

Responsibilities.
A) Manage overall plant activities from receiving of drawing from design department till handling over of element to site.
B) Reporting to Operation Manager / GM.
• Total capacity of Plant 75, 000m3 of reinforced concrete production per year and 900, 000m2 of hollow production per year.
Responsibilities.
A. Manage overall production activity from receiving of drawing from design department till delivery of precast element to site.
B. To make sure that all procedure are follow at every stages of precast production.
C. To maintain save working environment for employee.
D. To maintain proper documentation of production related record.
E. Coordination and Co-preparation of work program for precast plant.
F. Report to GM / operation Manager about production activities.
Responsibilities
A. To plan and organize the production activities to meet scheduled delivery dates in accordance with the overall planning program.
B. To ensure that necessary goods are available in right quantity, on right time to meet the production dates.
C. To deal with different consultant, client and co-ordinate with various sub-contractors to get the work done in accordance with the specification.
D. To prepare Mould and casting program, daily production program, monthly look ahead program & daily mould program.
E. To co-ordinate with project department to see that, their work proceed as per planned.
F. To handle all the QC problem related to precast Production and Erection
A. To follow up the production activities to ensure that everything is cast as per daily production program.
B. To check that as per specification all material required for production is available in right quantity, on right time to meet the production dates.
C. To assist different consultant, client during their factory visit.
D. To control the labour required and material consumption for the production of precast item.
A. To control every aspects of construction activity, starting from demarcation to final commissioning of the project.
B. To maintain good relation with different consultant for various project, and to coordinated with different sub contractor at different stages of the project.
C. To prepare quotation & estimation for new project and billing for running project.
D. To send enquires for different item to vendors & supplier and negotiating with them.
To manage overall handling of the project, from site layout to handing over of the project. This include estimation works, Negotiating with the supplier, purchasing of material, execution of work, getting approval from consultant, submitting bill for payment. Etc…
