• Overview Change Control Registers
• Coordinate with contracts department on issues and strategies related to variations and disputed claims.
• Perform risk analysis as and when necessary.
• Issue consolidated close out report at the completion of the project including lessons learned.
• Recruit and train project controls staff.

• Resolve issues related to procedure and interface with other departments in Support Office.
• Reviewing company's budget proposals and preparing the update of progress. For each project in coordination with Operation Representative.
• Preparing and updating of all requirements to meet with the company action plan such as materials, personnel, equipment, tools, instruments, vehicles, machines and the like
• Assisting site manager by providing all the important and urgent issues, to be discussed with the superintendent's representatives
• Preparing Subcontractor's strategy, ensuring its compliance with the scope of services (short term and long term)
• To review cost data source documents (PO’s, Subcontracts) and similar documents for assignment of correct cost codes.
• To maintain project records of cost data for all cost analysis and reporting functions from various sources.
• To assemble data for preparation of project cost reports and cost forecasts.
• To identify areas of budget concern and potential impact on project financial performance.
• To monitors work productivity against established norms.
• To apply Company policies and procedures and Country labor law as related to manpower daily and overtime rates for forecast and future planning reports.
• Preparing Subcontract Agreements, Amendments, Subcontractor Payment Certificates

1. Preparing Action Plan to meet the scope of services.
2. Reviewing company's budget proposals and preparing the update of progress. For each project in coordination with superintendent's representative.
3. Preparing and updating of all requirements to meet with the company action plan such as materials, personnel, equipment, tools, instruments, vehicles, machines and the like

 Preparation of “requests for quotations” for equipment and materials and sending to selected suppliers.
 Coordinate with local and international suppliers for obtaining prices of materials, systems and equipment and ensure that tender specifications are met.
 Evaluation of vendors’ technical and commercial proposals, and providing recommendations.
 Preparation of cost sheets and BOQ’s.
 Preparation of technical & commercial proposal for tender submission
 Review awarded contracts for consistency with tender documents.
 Involved in pricing mechanical works (including pipelines-Crude, Fuel, Gas-, fire fighting systems, Crude Oil Tanks, off-shore decks, Vessels, Natural Gas network…..)
 Civil works specially infrastructure & utility Works (including drainage systems, Sewer System, Pump Stations, Compact Treatment Units, Potable water network, pipe crossings, concrete works)

Duties :
Responsible for all infrastructure works (including potable water pipelines, sewage systems, firefighting networks), pipes and manholes.
Follow up the execution of the main building, fire fighting pumping house and all the exterior mechanical connections.

Secondary Cities Ed/Cm Project- USAID granted

Duties:
1. Work planner.
2. Technical support for sewer line & P.W.T.P activities.
3. Activity tracking report (rates, quantities &materials).
4. Company coordinator with both of consultant & subcontractors.

Project Description : Water And Wastewater Phase II Project
Sewage Improvement for Ismailia City.
(Canal Cities Project) / USAID Granted
Duties :
1. Rehabilitating the sewage net work with total length 30 km & 2500 manholes different depths, different sizes & different type of pipes ( RCP, PVC, VCP, GRE, GRP & Ductile Iron ).
2. Constructing the main collector chambers & Trunk Lines.
3. Construction quantities tracking report (activity-rates-workability)
4. Executing a 3 km D.I force main pipe line (laying, installing and testing).
5. Cathodic protection engineer for the force main line .
6. Dewatering system engineer.

Project Description : Gravity Sewer Rehabilitation of Existing Sewers in City Of Port Said
Duties :
1. Visual inspection for all sewage system (pipe lines and manholes)
2. Collecting data for hydraulic study for the collecting system
(Velocity, flow & discharge).

Project Description :
1. Infiltration, salinity & conductivity map study.
2. Ground water monitoring.
3. Waste water flow measurement.
4. Visual inspection of collection system.
Duties :
1. Waste water flow measurement in sewer system based on instantaneous night flow.
2. Calibration of sewage pump stations & evaluating the performance of the pumps.
3. Supervisor Of The Video Collection System Inspection.(C.C.T.V Engineer).
