Discussing departmental reports of slow/nonmoving items with Business Head & IC, and replacing the same with fast moving items, also analyzing competitors to provide competitive advantage to customers

Using TAMS software for preparing daily Duty Roster & preparing work schedule for the staff based on business requirement on the floor
Efficient stock management through use of SIM software for arrangement of stock in back store leading to faster customer service
Conducted appraisal for all staff in line with company guidelines
The role was to co-ordinate with design team in preparation of client requirements for preparing plant general layout, negotiation with vendors, preparation of commercial and technical contract, on site assistance in commissioning and erection of plant equipment
Handled a team of 20 members from three different departments
Projects handled:
o TATA Steel KPO- Prepared Tender enquiry specification for getting bids from vendors. Finalized vendors after negotiation and understanding their technical offers.
o Hindalco Ajanta-Relocated their manufacturing plant of Aluminum foil and installed equipment from 3 different locations. Provided optimum solution considering restriction on plant size and amount of money invested by client.
o SAIL, Salem - Co-ordinated with all departments in finalizing decisions on preparations of manufacturing drawings and submitting them on time. On site help to client in erection of equipment, commissioning of plant and solving problems immediately on site.
o SESA Goa - Evaluated vendor offers based on their bids. Finalized technical offers made by them and conducted negotiations with them for financial scrutiny.
