Bench Management: Briefing bench policy to Project Managers, associate getting release to bench.

Other HR related activities - HCM Supervisor change, Dept Transfer, Transfer Clearance, Exit Clearance to associate who resign from bench. Training given to PMs on SO creation. Coordinating with various GWFM POCs for facilitating inter and external Dept transfer.
