Involved in Workforce Managerrole for SBU taking care of flagging requirements for recruitment, clean demand Vs Supply view by keeping demand validity updated. Internal Deployment of resources through project releases, bench associates, transfer aspirants from other locations to Hyd. Allocation of resources to specified project in People Soft, ensuring they are marked billable. Taking care of bench releases and their redeployment. Coordinating with Senior SBU hierarchy for approval related to external hiring. Working closely with Managers for resource fulfillment & Utilization related issues. Coordinating with all other support functions for various aspects of resource movement.

Taking care of unassigned, over assigned & under assigned resources in project. Coordinating with shared services team with various allocations, release PDP & CDP bench on occasion of project ramp down, maternity leave, medical leave.

Coordination IJP process and taking it to closure. Induction of new trainees and ensuring their smooth transition to project account.

Bench Management: Briefing bench policy to Project Managers, associate getting release to bench.

Other HR related activities - HCM Supervisor change, Dept Transfer, Transfer Clearance, Exit Clearance to associate who resign from bench. Training given to PMs on SO creation. Coordinating with various GWFM POCs for facilitating inter and external Dept transfer.
