As a Senior Security Engineer for MSS team of Paramount, I am working for implementation as well as support of Perimeter Security products that include the industry leading Firewall and IPS technologies.
I have successfully completed the security implementation projects for some of the leading banks, aviation companies, Government entities across UAE and Oman, the key achievement for most of the implementations is the actual downtime involved during migration or upgrades have been minimal.
Also I have experience of migrating firewall configurations from existing firewalls to latest or NextGen Firewalls, to ensure maximum tasks are completed offline.

I have the experience of providing support for various critical security issues that includes issues related to VPN (ipsec and SSL), HA configuration and config sync issues, issues concerned with debugging of alerts and events on the appliances.

I have recently completed implementation for WAF to secure web services on one of the critical Web server.

As a security engineer we coordinate with other teams when troubleshooting on issues like slow response, where we need to work closely with other concerned teams as well.

I am also involved in regular health check activities for all the security products to ensure customer infrastructure is always secured and information is safeguarded from any know threats and vulnerabilities.

I am associated with Finland Datacenter of Capgemini, which hosts some of the major clients in Nordic region. I am responsible of Security products implementation as well management for capgemini clients in this region.

Part of TCS corporate data center team, worked as an expert for implementing and troubleshooting of Firewalls across various TCS corporate offices and also for migration of TCS datacenters across the globe.

Was part of global support team of VANCO. Supported Infrastructure services for some of the European giants including LTSB bank, Hilton hotels, British Airways. Worked as L/L2 network engineer. Experience in WAN technologies - OSPF and BGP. Also VPN and remote VPN management.

Was part of ETPS Noc, which managed WAN services and Core banking services for some of the top Banking clients across India. Basic WAN link monitoring and primary troubleshooting.
