Perform lifecycle analysis and forecasting, feasibility analysis, business case and market analysis Business Development
Supporting onshore teams on business development initiatives, including preparation of proposals and expressions of interest
Actively building and managing the relationships and interface with Global Infrastructure teams and other deal advisory professionals
Leading and delivering end-to-end infrastructure modeling projects
* Conducting detailed appraisal of Infrastructure project with view to take exposure, Risk Analysis of the Industry as well as of the Company to determine credit worthiness of the Project
* Preparing Financial Model, Project Information Memorandums, Presentations, Teasers and in-principle note for the projects to raise funds via senior, sub-ordinate debts
* Acting a point of contact for banks and helping them to prepare their appraisal note (Bank Note) for appraisal of the Infrastructure projects and following-up till disbursement of funds
* Liaison with different intermediaries required for the successful execution of the deal, like ? Legal Counsel, Independent Engineer, Asset Valuer, Trustee, and Credit Rating Agencies etc.
* Assistance to Government Agencies for implementation PPP Project through BOOT routes
* Advisory to Government for inviting bids and evaluation & selection of bidder
• Liaison with different teams for collecting details of the upcoming and existing project and preparing the budget estimate
• Collecting data and preparing Management Information Systems for internal and external stake holders
• Tracking and complying for different debt products based on their documentations
• Identifying different investment opportunities and conducting feasibility study for those deals

• Liaison with different teams for collecting details of the upcoming and existing project and preparing the budget estimate
• Assisting different teams and strategic consultant in assessing different funding options for the identified projects and preparing
funding plan for the development of the new Capital City of the Andhra Pradesh
• Part of core team which was involved in conducting investor meet, workshop and seminars to present different investment
opportunities for the development of the new Capital City of the Andhra Pradesh
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to structure the deal and negotiate the Termsheet
• Assisting different teams and strategic consultants for preparation of Financial Model, Teasers, Presentations, Information
Memorandum/ Disclosure Document required for obtaining investment approval or complying the statutory regulations.
• Assisting/Participation in the bid process for appointing different intermediaries required for different transactions.
• Assisting in preparation and vetting of the transaction documents required for Bank Loans and Bonds for raising funds
Roles & Responsibilities
• Assessing propositions under infra funding and making presentation to the appropriate approval authority for approvals
• Conducting credit appraisal of the prospective clients with a view to take exposure, Risk Analysis of the Industry as well as of the
Company to determine credit worthiness of the Project
• Structuring of deal by liaison with credit team, commercial negotiation with client, liaison with other department for documentation
• Liaison with credit team for final due diligence and complying / providing all information required to complete the due diligence.
• Post disbursement monitoring of the account, and following-up with client for recovery or restructuring of the loan

• Conducting financial analysis of the companies, risk analysis of the project, preparation of financial models & financial
information memorandum, developing business proposals, etc. Also handle debt syndication for large projects involving
consortium financing
• Credit note making and presentations to a gamut of lenders in the global financial services domain on behalf of the client
