Role:  Managed the AR, AP, GL Accounting, Bank Recon., Salaries, Taxation, monthly MIS and monthly reconciliation of General Ledger and sub ledger of Accounts, Creditors & Inter co.  Spearheaded preparation of Cash Flow and Fund Flow statement & Interest Ascertainment and its calculation check points on bank overdrafts  Conducted balance sheet & variance analysis along with month-end finalization of Costing, Variance & Cost Recovery Reports  Led Management Cost Control Audit and Fixed Asset Verification of Parent & all the Service Companies which included: o Drilling Co., Mud Chemicals Co., Construction activities Co., Tangibles Purchase Co., Food Industry Co., and Crude transfer to Vessels & Shipping Co. activities of Sterling Oil exploration on regular basis by visiting the respective offices & plants and reporting to the Chairman / CEO for the same Highlight:  Achieved cost saving of USD 1.00 Million every year for the company
