I am working as Digital Analyst/Product Owner consultant for mobile and web application projects for Al-Futtaim for last 2 and half years. As a product owner, I manage the sprint planning, manages product backlogs, sprint ceremonies as part of Agile Scrum. Besides managing the team, I work closely with business and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are released on time and upto business expectations.
• Facilitate between internal businesses and external third-party vendor in implementation of the new ERP system, COINS.
• Participate in extracting of data from legacy system, data analysis and validation for data migration to the new system.
• Conduct workshops with Workstream leads, Supervisors and Operations staff to gather and analyze business and functional specifications for translation into a Solution Design Document.
• Help in identifying the gaps between current business processes and system capabilities.
• Preparing and implementing test scripts to test against the new ERP system for the UAT, and conduct system testing to identify bugs
• Training end users in creating reports, configuring set ups and processing their functional area on the system.
• Provide IT support to EMAAR Malls (Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina Mall, etc) Triage and respond to customer issues within in house applications, Eservices Portal, and software services.
• Elicit requirement from internal stakeholders and business owners for business requirement documentation for Eservice services and solutions.
• Develop and design prototypes in Wire-frame to provide complete understanding of functional elements to the stakeholders.
• Optimizing system functionalities and design to increase system performance and end user experience-which helped in reducing support calls and increased efficiency.
• Handling operational activities to troubleshoot issues faced by retailers during their approval process and communicating with internal and external team to mitigate potential SLA issues.
• Support internal team with UAT, bug reporting, reports, training and other documentation.
• Provide technical support to Sr. Director of Technology Business and Solution for technical documentation and project administration.
• Elicit requirements from business stakeholders to develop PRF system and IT process documentation.
• Collaborate with business units to place new policies and procedures to help in improving the quality and structure of the IT business operation.
• Analyze business and vendor requirements to help senior management in vendor selection process. Supported team in reviewing RFP/RFI for vendor evaluation.
• Co-ordinates between internal and external stakeholders for the integration of video analytics solutions.
• Meeting business owners to conduct elicitation activities. Documenting, analyzing and prioritizing of the requirements.
• Developing business case for the proposed solution. Managing requirement traceability and gap analysis.
Assisted and reported to Director of Business Continuity Management (BCM) for risk assessment and resiliency planning, and individually developed a BCM tool.
Developed BCM application in Access database using VBA, queries, relational tables and forms. Application used for entering, updating, and reporting departmental data.
•Assisted Research Enterprise Applications Group to provide Quality Assurance to their in-house web application tool, Insight.
•Developed and executed test cases manually against the defined business rules for Insight. Monitored and logged system defects using Team Foundation Server (TFS) tool.
•Served as primary liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure that end-user reporting and data management requirements were accurately captured and documented into in-house system, OneRoad.
•Gathered and analyzed requirements during inception phase; documented and distributed functional specifications documents to internal stakeholders.
Supported QA team to perform UAT for users. Used SQL queries and development tool to extract and manipulate clients’ customer information.
Taught computer basics, C++ and basic SQL to first-year career program students
Collaborated with software development team to create software application for tracking client’s inventory system using Visual Basic and SQL Server.
