Operation & Maintenance of all Electrical equipment’s including Transformers (Up to 12.5MVA) and 66KV Switchyard with differential protection & SEF scheme. Actively designed Substation automation and an Energy Management system for area wise consumption with Load scheduling and shedding process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Performed professional engineering work in the planning, operation and maintenance of electrical distribution systems and data sheets.
• Design & Erection of Substation automation & Energy Management system (BMS) to track Energy consumption level for all equipment’s in the plants.
• Active Member of CFT to ensure EHS (Electrical Safety officer), EnMS for energy conservation, TPM and carry out FMEA analysis.
• Power cost per equipment reduction with Commissioning & Working of Soft starters and variable frequency drives (ABB, SIEMENS, AB, YASAKAWA) and also various power initiatives.
• Preparation of Standard Operating procedure of electrical installation and Preventive maintenance procedure and schedule of PM activities with reports.
• Maintaining 5S documentation, CLIT and drawing register for the Electrical installations.
• To carryout calibration of Numerical relays, Energy meters and all equipment’s in compliance with saturatory requirements & keep records
• Coordinating with other departments for modification or up gradation of existing panels (or) machineries to increase the production capacity of the plant.
Familiar with SAP for material management and maintenance. Cost estimation & Budgets
Design, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of all Electrical equipments including Transformers (Upto 20MVA) For 4 Substations and 110KV Switchyard with differential protection & SEF scheme. Actively design a Energy Management system for area wise consumption
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Directly reporting to divisional manager.
• Review of manufacturing drawings before releasing for production, review of B. O.Q, Verification of specifications, SLD, wiring diagrams etc.
• Work allocation for technicians.
• Supervision of production at various stages.
• Review requirements in specification/project drawings received from customer.
• Maintaining drawing register.
• Ensure the preparation of as- built drawings.
• Checking component details & originating purchase requisition.
• Performing final internal routine testing for each panel before releasing for dispatch.
• Attending client / customer inspections, DEWA / SEWA inspections at sites.
• Making site visits for refurbishment / expansion or up gradation of existing panels, to check and pass details to estimation section for giving offers.
• Testing & commissioning of all panels, prepare inspection reports/test certificates etc.
• Attend site complaints, co-ordinate all site works, maintain service reports
• To carryout calibration of all equipments & keep records
• Testing & Commissioning from 415 switch gear to 110 KV switchyard.
• Erection & Testing of CT, P.T., CVT, LA, Circuit breaker (V.C.B, SF6, A.C.B), HT & LT, UG cables, switch gear, Power Transformer and Motors.
• Erection & Testing of Transformer (150KVA-100MVA) with Differential protection and REF protection.
• Inspection of control and relay panel, preparation of Test Report and cable schedule for sub-station
Testing & Commissioning of all Electrical equipments including Transformers(Upto 100MVA) For 5 Substations and 220KV Switchyard with differential protection & SEF scheme in Mundra Port. Various Electrical equipments through Remote Terminal Unit to carry out the Electrical Power Generation for Asia’s largest Thermal Power generation plant.
