-Proper inventory for all glassware and breakages.
-Ensure the par stock of all beverages is available.
-Ensure proper welcoming and greetings of guest.
-Restaurant setting.
-Monitor inventory to ensure that stock is rotated properly last out first in.
-Checking the cleanliness of the outlet as per HACCP policy of the club. .
