Essential for leading employees and making sure that the sub-contracting work runs smoothly
o Supervising and supporting crew members
o Creating progress reports and documents for each job site

Overall construction Engineering Administration and Project Management
o) Assists the QA/QC engineer in auditing and inspecting subcontractor’s materials, plant and works
that are being executed, fabricated or manufactured at site or out of the site.
o) Controls all Non-Conformances Reports (NCR) and ensure corrective actions are taken, root
causes are analyzed, and preventive actions are well placed and communicated.
o) Issues Corrective Preventive Action Requests (CPAR) to all (NCR) and ensures closure.
o) Ensures the inspection of quality samples/mock-ups are carried out in line with the project
requirements. Keeps proper traceability of these benchmarks for future reference.
o) Visits laboratories to ensure proper testing and inspection for materials and assures that all the
measuring tools, testing devices are suitable for use and calibrated in a timely manner.
o) Maintains archives for quality testing and inspection records such as; concrete pouring, cubes
testing, curing, inspection requests, calibration certificates, lab test reports, etc.
o) Carries out the snagging inspections towards the project finishing phase and follows- up for the
close out of the same
o) Prepares project handover documentation/deliverables under guidance and supervision from
Project QA/QC manager.
Assisted in fieldwork for substructure, superstructure, joinery & finishing construction project with a high
budgeted House/villa project

bridges, culverts, Hume pipes, sub base, Aggregate base coarse, asphalt concreting, demolishing and
documenting for handing over
o) Drafted reports for clients, consultant, stake holders on the progress
o) Tested and monitored workmanship and material quality to ensure that all civil engineering projects
meet the given standards
o) Investigated and resolved technical issues arising in the project
o) Skilled in surveying using Leveling instrument (level instrument, Theodolite, Total Station, GPS)
