2) Handing over the Medical and Residential suites towers to the client after rectifying snag lists.
3) Setting a comprehensive PQP (Project Quality Plan) for the entire projects and leading the
implementation of quality procedures.
4) Raise the standards of the project team knowledge concerning the quality and safety by coaching and giving proper inductions and training.
5) Assist project director in preparing claims, and proper formal correspondences.

This project is a TURN KEY project, it consists of TWO TOWERS (five stars hotel tower (45
floors)-HILTON comprising of standard rooms, suites and penthouses including necessary
furniture's and 43 floors of Office tower. In addition there is a Podium between the two towers. The
projects also includes car parks, shopping arcades, restaurants, health centers, services, public areas,
soft and hard landscaping, roadwork within the plot, …, etc.
Project Value: US $ 330 Million
Roles not limited to:
1- Supervising, managing and controlling all site activities such as skeleton works (Concrete pouring, block works and
stone cladding), finishing works (plastering, tiling, and curtain walls).
2- Following up Drawings approvals, and material submittals and approvals.
3- Ensure that all site activities are completed in compliance with the contract specification, time and budget, in
complying with the Project Quality Plan beside preparing and implementing quality procedures.
4- Preparing a PQP (Project Quality Plan) and ensure the proper implementation.

First Project Name: As - SAMRA WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT (AWTP)-USAID Project.

It is a BOT (Build, Operate and Transfer) project. It consists of 90, 000 cubic meters of concrete
distributed among 64 structures with tertiary treatment capabilities for projected average daily
capacity of 267, 000 cubic meters a day, with all services including 5000 linear meters of roads and
45, 000 linear meters of pipes with diameters range from (300 mm to 2800 mm).
Contract value: US$ 170 Million.
Second Project Name RESTRUCTURING & REHABILITATION OF GREATER AMMAN’s WATER SUPPLY
SYSTEM (AWSS) - USAID Project
Several local sub-contractors worked in this project under MORGANTI’s supervision. The contract
consists of furnishing all equipment, superintendence, labor skill, material and all other items
necessary for the construction of the water supply system within 16 distribution zones in west and
southwest Amman, mainly consists of the construction of 16 reinforced concrete ground storage
reservoirs, 5 elevated water storage tanks, installation of 60 km of ductile iron for primary
transmission, 360 km of ductile iron for secondary transmission and installation of pumping and
control equipment for 7 pumping facilities.

Achievements:
Supervising, managing and controlling all site activities such as concrete works, earth fill and roads, HDPE Liner Installation, and installing piping systems, in addition to finishing works, repair and section handing over.
