Manage the FF&E project' packages
- Manage day-to-day progress of several projects in different stages concurrently.
• Manage projects from early stage including pre-bid and pre-execution stages where
focus is on supervising design activities, product selection, proposal development,
quoting, shop drawing workshops, etc.
• Negotiate service contracts, and coordinate external service providers.
• Coordinate shipping and installation to execute successfully the projects on time.
• Collaborate with the suppliers (sales, design,
logistics) and client representatives including end users.
• Maintain internal budgets for project activities.
• Secure the punch list on site, installation and after sales service.
• Identifies business opportunities, sets and communicates priorities, delivers long-term mutual growth, and maintains goodwill among Furniture Brands customers;
• Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects;
• Responsible for generate new business relationship with Engineers and Designers;
