In Radial Stock department, I have knowledge of following machines,
TRIPLEX EXTRUDER, DUPLEX EXTRUDER, 3 ROLL CALENDER, BIAS CUTTER, WIRE BIAS CUTTER (KONSTRUCTA FISHER CUTTER), ONLINE CHINA BEAD APEXING.
I also have knowledge of EXTRUSION of EPE (Expanded polyethylene) Plastic foam, which I have learned in KURLON LIMITED.
Also lamination and Re-processing of EPE foam.

Production supervision which include man power handling and follow up of production plans.
Effective utilisation of resources like man, machine and material for assembly.
Monitoring of PM and Maintenance activity to reduce Breakdown time and increase OEE.
