Presently tasked as Manager Sales & Operations with Phi Robotics (An Embedded Systems Company) an MNC with major areas of focus in manufacturing SBC’s, microcontrollers etc. and software products include RTOS, IDE, 3D real world physics simulator, control systems, machine learning, computer vision, Distributed systems etc.
My responsibilities include managing the complete Sales for the products offered by Phi Robotics and Phi Education (A Phi Robotics Research Enterprise). Preparing RFP, RFQ, NDA and partnership agreement for Clients, Distributors and partnering companies.
Partnering with OEM’s as a preferred distributor for Sales of the products in India.
Partnering with distributors globally for sales of products offered by Phi Robotics, monthly and quarterly review of targets achieved by the distributors and finalising the partner/distributor discount margins for bulk purchase of the products offered. SPOC for all the distributors globally.
Handling the complete procurement of the company (Purchase of PCB, IC, resistors, sensors, diodes, DC/ stepper motor, mechanical components etc. from vendors in India, China, EU and USA). Handling the Logistics and Inventory management team across project life cycle.
Proposal support during bidding stage, procurement for all projects under execution, logistics & freight forwarding, customs and licensing formalities, inventory management, indirect & services procurement, real estate leasing, handling procurement of global projects at significant cost advantage with respect to origin country.
Close interaction with Finance team for vendor payments, invoicing, sales revenue tracking etc. Involved in Marketing & Sales strategy planning, pricing finalisation for products and services offered, Distributors & Customer Relationship Management.
