1. Manpower Planning & Coordination
 Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and department heads to identify current and
future staffing needs.
 Participate in the preparation and updating of the annual manpower plan and recruitment budget.
 Maintain a database of approved positions and monitor vacancies against project requirements.
2. Recruitment & Selection
 Develop and post job advertisements through various platforms (online portals, LinkedIn,
company website, etc.).
 Source candidates using multiple channels including job boards, social media, headhunting, and
recruitment agencies.
 Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and technical qualifications.
 Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews; schedule technical and final interviews with hiring
managers.
 Ensure recruitment aligns with company standards, local labor laws, and project schedules.
3. Candidate Evaluation & Offer Management
 Conduct reference checks and background verification.
 Prepare job offers and employment contracts in coordination with HR and management.
 Negotiate salary offers within company guidelines.
 Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
4. Recruitment Reporting & Metrics
 Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and interview feedback logs.
 Prepare periodic recruitment reports (weekly/monthly) showing status, lead time, and hiring
efficiency.
 Track and report key recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance
rate.
5. Employer Branding & Talent Pooling
 Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within
the construction sector.
 Build and maintain a strong talent pool for critical roles (e.g., Project Engineers, Quantity
Surveyors, Site Supervisors, Foremen, Draftsmen, etc.).
 Participate in career fairs and partnerships with technical institutes or universities.

HUMAN RESOURCE FUNCTIONS

unit leadership, while ensuring alignment with Amans hiring standards.

• Identify training needs and implement training and development programs for employees across
both properties.
• Establish Key Result Areas (KRAs) for employees and conduct timely performance appraisals
(probationary, annual).
• Implement employee engagement initiatives tailored to the needs of each property, fostering
motivation and retention.
ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS
• Liaison with on Administrative issues.
• Ensure efficient cafeteria management and high-quality staff meals in collaboration with the
Kitchen Head at both properties.
• Ensure timely medical assistance for staff and families, including insurance contracts for both
Amanbagh and Aman-I-Khas.
• Oversee staff uniform procurement, including vendor selection and inventory management for
both units
• Ensure seamless staff transportation services, including contract negotiations with transport
providers.
• Secure safe and comfortable accommodations for staff, managing lease agreements across
locations. Manage Amanbagh Handle Negotiate and manage agreements with staff-related (transport, accommodation).
• Liaise with government authorities such PF, ESIC, Labour Commissioner, local police, and
administrative offices.
• Issue disciplinary notices, warning letters, and other HR interventions as required.
• Foster strong employer-employee relations to maintain a harmonious and productive workplace.
