As Relationship Manager-SME Banking
• Proactively managed the portfolio of the allotted existing customer base and involved in generating revenue from the present customers through fee and interest income.
• Essayed a key role in:
- Sourcing new customers to bank through referrals.
- Assisting customers with their day-to-day service requirements.
- Carrying out regular meetings with the top-end customers within portfolio.
As SME Centre Manager
• Played a prominent role in working on campaigns for the Branch Segment and promoted the cross-selling of SME Products.
• Holds the credit of increasing the penetration level and migrating the customers through various service option like Web banking, I banking, Debit cards, Phone banking.

- Creating a strong Retention Management Model for CASA.

• Initiated the regular meetings with key customers for building stronger relationship.
• Streamlined the strict adherence to group and regulators Anti-money laundering and Know Your customer guidelines sanctions.
