- Responsible for all HSE programs in the office (HQ)
-Review and reinforce existing Emergency Response Structures - FA, FT, ERT & CMT
-Review and action Observation and Near Miss Cards inputs
- Review and collate Project HSE Monthly Performance Report.
-Train and manage all facility maintenance hand - janitors, cleaners etc.
-Roll-out and maintain COVID -19 facility maintenance program covering: training of janitors, supervise mixing of cleaning chemicals, supervise cleaning of all high touch areas, manage facility epidemiological surveillance (body temperature & other visible covid-19 symptoms)
-Management of ISD HQ Transportation safety process - collation of vehicle mileage received from different project HSE Officers.
-Partner with HSE Manager to assist Management and Support Functions
-Establishing, maintaining, implementing and improving the HSE Management System.
-Generating local work method statement, procedures and alerts.

-Responsible for implementing and maintaining the project HSE Plan in full conformance to Employer’s requirements
-Responsible to ensure all site activities are covered by Safety Inspections and will initiate and follow-up all required corrective actions.
-Ensuring First Aid facilities & firefighting equipment are available on site and ensuring emergency procedures are prominently displayed.
-Prepare reports based on the outcome of investigations of accidents, inspection of facilities and testing of environment
-Carry out safety inspections and audits on site, recording and reporting status and effectiveness of the system
-Promote safe work activities by assisting the clients in safety audits, attending company safety meetings and participate in all safety activities.
-Inspect existing facilities, machineries, equipment and safety appliances to identify and correct potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
-Carry out routine hazard identification and risk assessment and initiate job safety analysis in the assigned area
-Ensure that all sign boards, warning signs, barricade were in place
-Review sub-contractors critical lifting plans, job safety analysis, risk asssments and method statements
