* Represents the company with quality and timely deliverables and must always know and understand the customer's objectives.
* Generally responsible for drafting all construction drawings.
* Works involve outstanding AutoCAD Drawing skills to any kind of preparation of civil/ architectural drawings including floor plan, elevation, lay-out, details, etc.
* Preparing shop drawing, as-built drawing, drafting architectural, structural, plumbing, basic electrical and mechanical drawing.
* Strong commitment to achieving the goals of the company, client or organization. Liaising with clients on specifications and requirements
* Diverse experience in Architectural/Civil/ Basic Mechanical Draftsman.
* Responsible in preparing and controlling the drawing accordance to the specified requirements.
* Responsible in maintaining a master list of drawings.
* Circulating the drawings to the relevant parties.
* Updating the copyholders whenever there are changes and identified the obsolete copy.
* Performing backup the drawings on a regular basis.
* Filing the drawing such that it can be access easily.
DETAILS OF WORK EXPERIENCE
• Preparation of technical proposals, drawings, method statements etc. which will act as guideline for our supervisors to carry out the jobs awarded to TTS.
• These technical proposal, can include, but are not limited to the following:
a) Lifting proposals: determination of the required crane configuration, reading of capacity
charts of cranes, design of rigging, (CAD) drawings showing clearance, radii, crane
configuration, hard strands etc.
b) Transport proposals: Ascertain trailer requirements/configuration, route development,
stability detailing checks.
c.) Marine Proposals: Detailing of the required seafastening, stowage and load spreading
on deck structure. Determination of size of barge and tug boat, detailing for Ro/Ro
operations and sailing operations.
• Visit sites to propose and prepare technical proposals as per actual site conditions.
• Act as technical back-up towards clients and TTS personnel.
• 4 Attend meetings with client to present and/or explain technical proposals.
Drafting civil and architectural detailing as per specification and requirements
Drafting design of villas and buildings in accordance to the needs of client.
Draftsman in-charge of workshop drawings for reinforcement, based on principle reinforcement drawings issued by designers and methods planned by methods department.
In-charge in taking care of rebars off cuts as per bars length constraints
Preparing shop drawing, as-built drawing, drafting architectural, structural, plumbing, basic electrical and mechanical drawing.
Responsible in preparing and controlling the drawing accordance to the specified requirements.
Responsible in preparation of civil/ architectural drawings including floor plan, elevation, lay-out, details, basic electrical and mechanical, etc.
Maintains relationships with regulatory officials to ensure compliance with requirements and the exchange of relevant information.
Maintains systematic filing system of all approved drawings in soft and hard copies
Drafting all drawings need by the municipality.
Drafting all drawings need by the Civil Defense.
Drafting all drawings needed for the bank.
Assist Engineers/Draftsman in the preparation of the fabrication drawings.
Assists Electrical Engineers in preparing electrical lay-outs; medium voltage distribution, load schedules, electrical wiring diagrams and single line diagrams.
Assists Engineers/Draftsman in the preparation of civil drawings including floor plan, elevation, mechanical and electrical lay-out.
Supervising lamination work.
