Description The Venture Management Tool application was developed for all BG Employees. This application is a sharepoint 2007 based intranet application, which provides following extension to the BG Employees:
• a structure to follow the BG Way
• a place to work collaboratively, accessible by all team members via the BG Group Portal
• a place to share information and documents
• capture of Action items (from meetings, workshops, etc, rolled up in one register)
• registers compliant with BG Group Standards and Guidelines (and a single version of each register)
• a legacy of a Venture’s Key Stage Deliverables for each Stage Gate

Responsibilities As a Sharepoint Analyst
 Develop the new requirements from the client.
 Appointed as a VM Tool safe owner,
 Service account management,
 BAU and SOW activities owner for VMT,
 Handling the meetings with Client and onsite coordinator.
 Design, Deployment and support planner
 Data Extraction tool creation
 Supported any incident or quotes raised for VMT
