Requirement Gathering from Enterprise customer solutions
o Support customer business growth with relevant Digital
transformation
o Communicate with enterprise customers for identifying their needs
o Customer site visit with enterprise solution team for detailed
requirement gathering
• Enterprise Solution Design
o Analyzing detailed customer requirements
o Check the feasibility of catering the requirement by existing SLT
Products.

service components for the solution

• SLT Enterprise Product Development & Awareness
o Arranging product awareness for enterprise AMs continuously
o Conducting Product Awareness sessions with AMs to enterprise
customers
o Providing market inputs to Enterprise Product teams to develop new
products
o Assisting Product Development teams to fine tune existing products
• Solutions Implementation
o Facilitating the Solutions Implementation team for implementing
major projects by handing over the finalized solutions and arranging
the initial coordination with customers for project kickoff
o Liaise with SFC for specific technical requirements on Enterprise
service delivery
• Solutions Implementation Develop Business Plan and Go to Plan for ICT &
cloud solutions in key verticals, BFSI, Trading and Hospitality
• Develop Business relationship (B2B, B2B2C) and engagement model with
key stakeholders.
• Operationalization and Program Management of the Solution Business,
with Sales, External Business Entities, Operations and IT.

Software Vendor) for cloud on boarding.
• Develop Reseller/Wholesale model for Cloud and Managed Services using
the ICT distributor channel, Global Service Providers, SLT
Wholesale/International unit.
Plan and Coordinate activities such as installing and upgrading hardware
and software, programming and system design, the implementation of
computer networks, and the development of Internet and Intranet sites
• Maintain & Troubleshoot the Wi-Fi, CCTV, Access Control systems in the
company manufacturing area. Furthermore, technology involved Exchange
server, Windows 2012 R2, TMG Firewall, Site-to-Site VPN, Video
conferencing.
• Document System performance, bugs, debugging, and program
requirements update technology related instructions and procedures as
required.
Implementing and Maintaining corporate E-mail, FTP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP,
AD/DC, Servers Which are placed in Sri Lanka Telecom Internet Data
Centre (iDC) and then transfered to Cloud Services.
• Creating and Maintaining cloud servers from Rackspace Cloud Service
providers. Monitoring the cloud servers 24x7 basis, scanning the servers
regularly for vulnerabilities. Make sure the server security as well as
increase the availability of the cloud servers for users. Troubleshooting and
also maintaining Content Delivery Network (CDN)
• With the approval of management, regularly scanned serif for
vulnerabilities using Nessus, Nmap web application scanner and
applied security patches if any vulnerability identified.
• Developed step by step procedures and user manuals for new devices
procured, by testing it in lab environment and trained Engineering
staffs and installation team who were deals with it.
