Verification of Scope, Exclusions, Cost Estimates, Delivery Estimate, Terms & Conditions in key proposals
Technical and Commercial Supervision of all proposals made to Key Customers in MENA and International Market for Process SKID Packages and Well Head Control Panels
Sales order processing and processing all sales-related documentation
Develop content of flyers in such way that it facilitate customers
Enhancing customer experience by resolving client’s concerns.
Ensure timely payment from the clients
Checking of simulated invoices before they are dispatched to customer
› Business Development & Contract Management
Identifying prospective customers in key industrial area of Ahmedabad & Vadodara District
Handling a team to exploring pockets for expansion
Responsible for handling nearly 30 % of total Industrial customer of AGL
Educating the Industrial customers regarding the benefits and application of Natural Gas & the process of taking PNG Connection
Executing Gas Sales Agreement with the newly identified customer
Predictive Analysis of cheaper alternative technology for generation of Natural Gas
Identifying and Working on tenders for creating alternative gas source, activity participated in bidding process for the tenders floated by IPL, ONGC, GSPC and AMC
Provide best solutions for revision in Contract Type and quantity by studying consumption pattern and future requirement of the customer
Facilitate customers by promptly addressing requests.
Responsible for uploading information in SAP as well as maintain individual customer files
Maintaining Credit Worthiness of the customers and in case if the customer defaults initiate legal action with support from legal department
Checking of simulated invoices before they are dispatched to customer
As a part of core team designed new MMBTU based Gas Supply Agreement for industrial customers, freeze layout of invoices, preparing a brief note to educate customers regarding shifting to new MMBTU based billing system from the conventional SCM based system
› Business Analytics and Data Modeling
Freezing sales price and margins for all the four sectors based on the Analysis of sector-wise present sales figure and past consumption trend, prices of competitive fuel in each sector, acceptability of market, purchase price and fluctuation in crude price and exchange rate
Estimating the quantity of gas to be purchased for the entire city
Working in tandem with the supplier to estimate the future purchase price
Prepare weekly report based on analysis of number of customers, recent activities at Business Development front and sales figure, also present it to higher management
Sector wise & Area wise analysis of consumption in Geographical Area to formulate future Business Development strategies
Carrying out market assessment & feasibility analysis for areas to be authorized by the regulatory board i.e. PNGRB
Predictive Analysis prior to planning of gas network for a particular vicinity based on type and scale of industry, consumption pattern, presence of other sector demand any other parameters
Assisting customers with feasibility analysis of shifting for alternative fuel to Natural Gas
