1) Install and configure computer hardware, Operating

software(Route Accounting Software) and add it in
Financial Software(RYTE)

6)Change the prices of SKU's(company products) for
sale after getting approval from Accounts
Manager and General Manager.
7)Generating Month End Closing Reports for sales at
the end of every month.
8)Preparing Excel Sheets for Sales Reports.
9)Part of Stock Checking Team in Company
Warehouse for the Annual Stock Analysis.
10)Maintain and Keep the Inventory of IT
Equipments in the store room and order if
necessary.
11)Ensure Network & IP connectivity with all servers
& Systems.
12)Ensure the Daily Backup in Financial Server.
1) Thoroughly inspect all passport and visa paper work
that is filed including verification of data through
phone calla, emails etc.
2) Help customers through the application process
when paper work is incomplete or filed incorrectly.
3) Updates records of passport and visas when there
are changes in name, address etc.
4) Review suspicious or incomplete documents and
records to avoid mistakes.
5) Maintain an excel sheet for all the records and
details of the customers.
6) Process passport and visa application when
approved by LMRA.
7) Check Hardware issues and troubleshoot it.

VLANS & adding ports to existing VLANS.
