*Rendering advises to the expatriate management in formulating the compliance structures with regards to the finance regulatory affairs and statutory requirements in KSA as a part of startup operation.
*Managing 15 member local and overseas shared resources with optimized finance structure in order to support business requirements at a minimum cost.
*Operating plans: Play an integral part in the short, medium and long-range planning by understanding
overall organization goals, distilling them for relevant functions and driving high quality inputs to create a robust bottom-up financial & operating plan.
*Monthly P&L reviews, presentation of board meeting decks, business plans, and monthly MIS along with business heads capturing high quality analysis of financial & business metrics.

• Provide leadership to the important vertical of finance function managing the costing, budgetary control, procedures & policies, logistics, MIS reporting and compliance requirements for the firm having more than 3000 (number) employees and an annual turnover of more than SR 12 Billion / US$ 3.2Billion.
• Provide financial recommendation to the management on proposals relating to new ventures, new product introduction, commercial partnership and joint venture arrangements.
• Developed and maintain pricing guidelines for corporate segment and supported the commercial unit to obtained management approval for various pricing proposals.
• Approve and maintains proper implementation of all Enterprise Sector partnerships and contractors agreements.
• Co-ordinate the implementation of all Enterprise Sector partnership and contractor agreements.
• Managing, preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-to-date (YTD) management reports, provide and present, technology, product, regional and segmented profitability to the management on a monthly basis giving a detail view of the performance of the organization.

Financial Reporting

• Engaged in advising to the expatriate management in formulating the compliance structures with regard to the finance regulatory affairs of the telecommunication industry stipulated by the Telecommunication regulator and statutory requirements in Sri Lanka.
• Ensuring the timely & accurate General ledger (GL) closure with the coordination of other finance team functions (payable/fixed assets/sales accounting /IT).
• Managing the preparation of financial reporting requirements to the management and ensuring the delivery of the same within the stipulated time frame.

• Provide expert support to sales and consulting offices around the world in financial related functionalities.
