• Reception
-Complete documentation check & verification as per guidelines set by BLS
-Answering all queries of all applicants & Promotion of VAS
-Timely issuance of token for VAS/Submission accordingly
-Accurate collection of cash
-Generating VAS report at the end of the day
• VAS (Value Added Services)
-Form Filling of the applications as per requirement.
-Processing of applications by fast typing with zero errors to ensure less waiting time.
-Checking on completion of the applications & guiding the applicants on next process involved.
• Passport Submission
-Recheck the validity of the passport, visa and category applied
-Inform customer on Service fee of other charges
-Accepts service charge, courier charge and passport fee in cash
-Print three receipts one for Applicant, one for Consulate and one for BLS records.
• Indian Visa Submission for different nationalities.

• Prepare various forms and all documentations required to achieve “ISO Certification” for the client. Schedule follow up and internal audits of the clients.

• Coordinate and direct administrative services such as vendors & supplier’s management, utilities, tenancies and housekeeping of the offices.
• Maintain all clients’ records reports and documentations and retrieve as when required.
• Supervise and train other clerical staff and assign them duties.
• Maintain accounts and process WPS of Salary of the employees of the company.
