SAP Project Management and Solutioning

Worked as Scrum Master and architect for SAP Labs (India).
Involved in SAP S/4 HANA (1809) Greenfield Implementation for DHS (Govt. of Australia) to facilitate centralized payment platform for running welfare programs for its citizens across Australia.

Worked as Tech Lead responsible for SAP project support (enhancements) and production support of the existing SAP interfaces for its end users and migration of objects from SAP ECC to SAP HANA SPS11 .

Worked as Senior SAP Consultant responsible for SAP S/4 HANA (1610) Greenfield Implementation for Delta Faucet from JD Edwards.

Worked on integration of Microsoft's Aurigo Masterworks with SAP ECC 6.0 for exchange of ERP Master Data. Development, Implementation and Testing of complex SRM Interfaces (Entire Bidding Lifecycle) on SRM system running on SAP HANA Database interfacing with PI system to retrieve data from Inbound proxy through PI system and pass it Outbound proxy after successfully logging to
Salesforce system and pass documents attached in SRM portal in multiple formats from Inbound proxy to Salesforce system though proxy. ABAP code optimization in ABAP code is implemented using Code Push Down Technique using AMDP and creating DDL source object for CDS views in HANA using ADT in HANA Studio SPS 10. Involved in Implementation and Testing of complex interfaces, reports and workflow objects related to PS (Project Systems) - CJ20N, CJ201, etc. Worked on Enhancements in PS Security Initiative and transformation of security features from table level to Authority object level under numerous scenarios.

Played a key role in implementing ‘Greening Information Systems’ project across U.K.
o Introduced I.T best practices for reducing organizational footprint at par with ISO 14001.
o Revise internal I.C.T procurement, recycling policies & plans for scope of improvements.
o Provide solutions to reduce internal I.T expenditure and power consumption on I.C.T use.
o Improve performance of internal datacenters, applications and I.T equipments at all levels.
o Expedite reviews and approval of managers of concerned departments on new proposals.
o Develop internal R&D reports on I.T best practices and share such improvements across
other organizations (including other regulatory bodies) in U.K.

Worked as a member of ‘TECH GUYS’ team for troubleshooting problems on I.T Help Desk.
o Assisting sales force and providing customer advice on selling service plans and I.C.T equipments.
o Deploy and configure new Work Stations, MFD’s and Network devices with operating systems and system drivers.
o Attend customer complaints and liase with appropriate department for replacement of products according to Terms of Service.

o Manual software testing of DOORS ERS 9x module on cross platform environments.
o Identify and resolve software problems from an end user perspective.
o Logging test script defects on Mercury Quality Center and keep track of the updates with other test centers across different time zones.
o Conform to acceptance criteria and test scenarios of the project based on test cases.
o Liaising with development team for resolving faults quickly to meet deadlines on Service
Pack releases.

Worked as a team member in life cycle development (front end design and server side coding) of various in-house and outsourced software projects using J2EE (JSTL, JSP, Servlets, EJB, JDBC) and ASP.NET (C#.NET) on MVC framework.
o Web development & Integration of software modules of software projects.
o Working with databases (MySQL, Oracle), writing stored procedures and server side maintenance.
o Update on client proposals, execute and ensure delivery of jobs on time.
o Maintain client relationship through onsite visit for new developments and changes.
