• Preparation and review of financial statements while ensuring compliance with accounting principles including IFRS and other disclosure requirements for Macquarie’s Indian, Hongkong and Singapore entities
• Preparation of periodical reporting activities (monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly) of various Funds along with preparation of dashboards (including review and undertaking variance/trend analysis) along with commentary for submission to key Finance and Business contacts

• Conducting statutory audits
• Presentation of financial statements as per Schedule VI and other statutes

• Conducting variance analysis for financial statements for proper understanding of the trends in business
• Handled direct and indirect tax compliances including sales tax, provident fund, professional tax, service tax, CENVAT, MAT and TDS.
• Verification of Bank reconciliation statements
• Control testing of Payroll and Month on month variance analysis
