Position: • Prepare Business case, Business models and process improvement charts for BODs

• Schedule meeting, set-up agenda, prepare/distribute minutes, carefully
monitor all action items and maintain records of proceedings.
• Manage e-mailbox and appointments of the BODs'
• Assist BODs' in internal/external communication i.e. drafting letters and documents; prepare presentations as requested by the directors and
produce required documents, charts, graphs and graphics.
• Manage ad-hoc projects for the executive team. Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information
• Prepare the company profile for the sales team on monthly basis.
• Carry out at least one Six Sigma project in a year.
• Arrange travel/hotel bookings of directors and company guests
• Act as webmaster for company website
• Assist Administration/HR in KPI management and SMART objective
recording of employees.
• Ensuring that company contracts are up-to-date, if not, liaise with respective teams to have the contracts in place.
• Maintaining confidentiality of information
