Currently working for Genesis Institute Abu Dhabi branch overall responsibility of KPI’s in client management, sales, marketing and pipeline activity. Also in charge of overall UAE sales for Executive Education and Corporate clients to help the company reach its full potential in terms of its brand image and business in the market.

• Conducting presentations and proposals to companies speaking to HR & Training Managers for company tie ups.
• Anticipating market trends so that the company keeps and enhances its competitive advantage
• Actively marketing and promoting the business through social media
• Interview students and professionals on employment and education history to advice on the best professional qualification they need to take from a wide range of financial accounting professional qualifications and short term executive educations offered by Genesis.
• Taking complete responsibility in promoting CFA and Executive Training programs in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Handle Retail Sales and achieve targets set for various batches
• Follow up with prospective clients systematically and diligently
• Input data into CRM for all leads and contacts
• Arrange and execute marketing events, seminars, exhibitions and conferences
• Comparing marketing activities done with sales Process
• Recruiting & Training all new staffs on products, sales process and about the company culture and conduct assessments to evaluate their understandings of the programs.
• Negotiate and close corporate agreements with third parties
• Recording all Cheques and payments on CRM for accounting
• Maintaining relationship with existing clients and potential clients to ensure high level of customer satisfaction for future referrals.
• Reporting to Director on a weekly/ monthly basis to work on the next action plan.

• • Worked as an assistant manager handling the main Colombo campus and supervise its branches of 05 in Srilanka and over look at their other 1campus based in Doha, Qatar.
• Planning and organizing every semester on activities, courses, universities with head of departments
• Being responsible for day to day related activities of the city campus monthly visit to the other branches training marketing staff and assisting them on market strategy

• Liaising with head of universities in UK / USA/ Malaysia and Singapore to send students for Top up and all entry options to their campus.
• Administrative support to Chairman and departmental managers on daily operational activities
• Initiating and developing strong positive relations with program coordinators and departmental leaders to ensure achievement of the mission and goals of the organization.
• Conducting interviews, organizing internal program development for all branches along with Head of HR.
• Training staffs on customer service and student counselors on assisting them on handling student’s clients and parents.
• Counseling and mentoring employees and Management team to provide impartial determination to
employee issues and to seek an effective resolution
• Sending daily reports to Chairman on marketing/ sales / administration activities to ensure smooth operation takes place on a daily basis.
• Conducting trainings / workshops / seminars for staffs on a monthly basis and evaluating their performance to report HR for their bonuses.
• Additionally need to ensure all back office operations run smoothly without any delay on a daily basis.
