Provide Safe and Healthful workplace for all employees according to OSHA standard and company HSE policies
❖ Determines the cause of any accident or dangerous occurrence and recommends means of preventing recurrence
❖ Follow the accidents & incident reporting system
❖ If any local authorities (KFFD, PAI, PAM & KEPA) show up for an informal inspection, engage with them and inform the EHS
Manager.
❖ Preparing the KPI’s Reports (LTI, FAC, Safety Training Hours)
❖ Examine CCTV footage for any incidents or accidents involving KIMMCO facility assets, and report the results to the EHS
Manager.
❖ All Fire Fighting Equipment’s (Sprinkler, Fire Hydrant and Fire Hose reel, Fire Pumps and Extinguishers) auditing in the plant
and keeping well maintained
❖ Daily Monitoring material waste and wastewater treatment process.
❖ Purchases all safety materials .
❖ All heavy vehicles (Crane, forklift, trailer, vacuum tanker and dump truck, etc…) are inspected to daily and report to EHS
manager.
❖ Monitors and supervises the proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment’s well as housekeeping tools and
supplies
❖ Conduct regular inspection of the different public area, checks the quality of cleaning and maintenance and ensure that the
area is free of safety hazards. Also checks if there is anything that needs repair or corrective action.
❖ Conduct the Safety Induction Course for new joining employees, Safety Training Program, Fire Fighting and Tool Box Talk
meetings
❖ Following the Standard of ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 and ISO 45001-2018 OHSMS
❖ Ensuring all isolations are in place and validated and the precautions to be applied, especially for electrical insolation with
the LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) system and mechanical isolations
❖ Monthly Electrical Tools, Ladders, Firefighting equipment and other Heavy Equipment Inspection
❖ Well knowledge of construction activities and methods
❖ Handling chemicals safely; conducting simulated chemical spill drills on a quarterly basis
❖ Fire evacuation mock drills are conducted annually.
❖ Conduct the awareness program about protection of the Environment
❖ Guide the workers who are working in excavation and construction near pipelines
❖ Well coordination with main contractor’s HSE Department and Clients HSE professional
