• Calibration and maintenance of Automation and BMS field devices in - Aurobindo pharma Limited,
Naidupetta, Andhra pradesh, India.
• H2S Gas Detector installation and commissioning in all onshore-rigs and processing terminals of ONGCCairn Energy India Limited, Barmer, Rajasthan, India.
• Instrument Erection, Pre-commissioning & commissioning work at Dahej-Nagothane Ethane Pipe Line
of Reliance Gas Pipe Line Limited, Dahej, Gujarat, India.
Responsibilities:
• Carried out PPM of BMS field devices with Sub-contractors according to daily and monthly schedule.
• Calibration of all type of field instruments such as Gauges, Indicators, Control Valves and Transmitters
etc. (Including smart family HART, FF etc.)
• Provided technical support to BMS Installation works, electrical and mechanical (MEP) activities
• Installation of Alarms and detectors of smoke, flame, toxic gas, hydrocarbon and fire in plant.
• Technical support to Cabling and Erection works, Termination and Troubleshooting of Electrical &
Instrumentation Equipment
and Responsibilities:
•Maintenance and Calibration of Transmitters, I to P converters, Control valves (Stroke checking & Functional test), Fire and Gas (F&G), ESD, PLC systems and planning day to day maintenance activities.
•Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of all type of field instruments such as Gauges, Indicators, Control Valves, Positioners and Transmitters etc.
•Technical support to Cabling and Erection works, Termination and Troubleshooting of Electrical & Instrumentation Equipment.
and Responsibilities:
•Design and Engineering of Automation Projects and Preparation of Project Documents.
•Calibration and Testing of various Process Control and Field Instruments.
•PLC Programming, Installation and Commissioning of Control Panels.
TRAINING UNDER TAKEN
•Training from Fluid Control Research Institute (FCRI), India in :
•Calibration and Testing of various Flow Meters and Control Valves, Calibration of Instruments related to Temperature, Pressure, Relative Humidity, Length, and Mass etc., Calibration of Electronic Instruments.
