Job Profile:
* Managing daily cash and bank balances.
* Conduct a month-end and year-end closing and financial reports.
* Ensuring cash flow is adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.
* Preparing and presenting financial report for management meetings.
* Provide cover for the preparation, validation and submission of monthly VAT
returns. (Vat Return Submission in the UAE).
* Ensure compliance with all legal requirements by studying existing and new
legalization
* Preparation Payroll and staff incentives.
* Co-ordinate with customers in terms of payments & receivables dispute.
* Implementing and improvements and current financial process.;
* Assisting with the development and implementation of accounting procedures.
* Preparing analyzing and report of financial statement.

Job Profile:
* Maintenance of accurate and timely book keeping records: journals, general ledger,
receipt, Payments & daily cash and bank entries.
* Preparation of financial statements includes balance sheet and P&L a/c.
* Provide cover for the preparation, validation and submission of monthly VAT
returns. (Vat Return Submission in the UAE).
* Support and Preparation of external and internal audits.
* Verification and arrangements of customs documents.
* Preparation Payroll and staff incentives.
* Petty cash handling, petty cash reports and passing petty cash entries.
* Reconciliation of banks and customer’s statements.
* Monitoring bank balance and keep adequate funds for day to day activities.
