• Coordinate with other team members in preparation of design documents and drawings for the review and approval.
• Review all structural technical submittals which includes RFI, as-built drawings etc.
• Verify and review concept drawings by comparing it to project contract documents, tender drawings and specifications towards the integrity and workability of the structure.
• Review and approve the bar bending schedule prepared by detailers.
• Supervise pre-contract and post contract bill of quantity calculations and cost estimations.
• Planning, executing and monitoring the assigned site activities as per schedule.
• Coordination with site engineers & Project Manager.
• Valuate the subcontractor’s final bills as per the quality and quantity of work.
• Review detailed Estimates of sub-contractors with tender BOQ.
• Proper communication with client and sub-contractors.
• Design and drafting with AutoCAD if necessary.
• Checks & reviews shop drawings before handover to site.
