Aquisition - Acquire Vehicles and select the most suitable method of financing the fleet

Records - Contracts, Vehicle credentials expiry, Complaince

Maintenance - Maintain vehicles in peak operating condition, minimize downtime, reduce cost through greater fuel efficiency

Driver Behavior - Telematics system in vehicle to understand the driving behavior, GPD system to track location

Cost control - Use fleet management softwares to automate collection of data, identify patterns and take remedial actions to reduce cost

 Mobilizing of oilfield tools between international locations by executing requests
to import / export as per requirement.
 Oversee that the materials are transferred and brought in as per schedules
wherever required
 Constant Monitoring of the transit report on SAP for both Imported and Exported, taking required actions as and when needed
 Advise Schedulers/Planners the best available transport models in turn helping to Optimize the cost
 Creation of Invoices, Requesting and advising best freight quotes, Arranging Approvals from Product Line Managers
 Monitor in-transit shipment to notify operations on any delay in Expected time of Arrival / Departure
 Liaise with the Buyer / Planner to ensure that important raw materials are always in stock To help with the production
 Plan the Import and Export keeping in mind to optimize cost. Egg. CONSOL shipments from common locations on a weekly basis
 Helps to bring about improvement in inventory by liaising with the concerned department / Product lines.
 Helps Product line achieve turnover. Usually due to the volume involved in my present organization, revenues recorded are in millions of 10-15 plus on an average monthly
 Communicate the requirement of operational procedures and instructions to Freight Forwarders / Clearing agents and monitor their adherence so that work is carried Out in a controlled manner

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using technical and financial knowledge.
• Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries.
• Solid knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets.
• Maximize usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness per company standards for the covered product/market.
• Projects undertaken with specific interests on derivative content for reduction of noises (bad
data) and assisting in giving a real time tolerance for the same. Example: Currency basis swaps
• Introduced and build models to identify noises on large data content sets, calculate various fields for financial instruments given a data set and to collate data as per the required
specifications
