Stocking and Replenishing: Assisting bartenders by restocking bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware, to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service. Beverage Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of drinks, cocktails, and beverages as needed, including measuring ingredients, mixing drinks, and garnishing cocktails according to established recipes and standards. Glassware Management: Collecting empty glasses and bottles from bar areas and tables, washing and polishing glassware, and returning clean items to their designated storage areas for reuse. Bar Setup and Breakdown: Helping with the setup and breakdown of bar areas before and after service, including arranging bottles, organizing bar tools, and cleaning surfaces to maintain cleanliness and orderliness. Customer Service: Providing friendly and attentive service to bar patrons, assisting with seating, taking drink orders, and delivering beverages in a timely manner to enhance the overall guest experience. Assistance to Bartenders: Supporting bartenders during busy periods by fetching ingredients, refilling ice bins, and assisting with the preparation of drink orders to ensure efficient service and minimize wait times. Cleaning and Sanitizing: Assisting with cleaning and sanitizing tasks in the bar area, including wiping down counters, cleaning spills, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleanliness of bar equipment and surfaces. Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory counts and stock checks, reporting low stock levels to management, and helping with receiving and storing deliveries of bar supplies and merchandise. Team Collaboration: Working closely with bartenders, servers, and other bar staff to coordinate service and maintain a cohesive and organized work environment, communicating effectively to ensure smooth operations. Safety Compliance: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and protocols, including proper handling of glassware, safe use of equipment, and compliance with alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe and responsible drinking environment for guests and staff.
