Currently accountable for managing Manufacturing Operations of Innovative Foods Ltd and 3 co-manufacturing units consisting a team strength of 5 Managers and a total strength of 160 people/day. Led the Expansion project of state of art fully automated breading line.
•Minimized performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity by enhancing quality, process, feedback systems and developing, transferring & implementing technology to improve productivity.
•Develop a MIS system with KPI’s for tracking the plant performance & helps to review and assess the situation.
•Improves the service to sales by ensuring > 95 % of Production plan compliance & fill rate.
•Cost control through value added systems like efficiency improvement and through proper review mechanism, legal & statutory compliances, product quality & process quality for meeting world class systems like ISO, FSSC and driving plant safety for Zero Accident
Steer and direct soft drinks manufacturing plant operations generating a production capacity of 75000 cases/day, assisted by a 7-member team of cross-functional Managers. Oversee erection & commissioning of the PET Carbonated Soft Drink Plant involving total Sidel Filling Line from blow molding to stretch wrapper and other accessories.
Assumed the role of acting General Manager as and when required with direct reporting to the managing director while overseeing the entire region. Exhibited a meticulous regard of administrative detailing, developed operational policies, and introduced process improvements for total quality management. Established and sustained strong relations with key stakeholders for seamless working. Competently delivered active functional support related to the formulation of production schedules, administration of manufacturing processes, health and safety management, and production levels. Enabled the achievement of bottom-line results by reducing operational costs, effective distributing of workload, and implementation of quality control procedures.

Spearheaded complete commissioning activities of Mineral Water Plant for water (25000 cases/day) along with handling Total KRONES Filling Line from blow molding to stretch wrapper and other accessories assisted by a 4-member team.

•Proposed initiative plans and processes to minimize costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, material and capital
•Organized and implemented plant operations according to the company’s policies, regulations and standard procedures

Increased production capacity of PET blow molding machine from 3600 to 4000 bph
Improved productivity from 75% to 93% and preform yield from 95% to 99%
Implemented manufacturing and warehousing system to ensure seamless operations
Reported to the Managing Director, led a project team of 5 water treatment, civil & mechanical engineers and steered the entire operations of the plant (300 kilo liter water/day).
