11. Participate in HSE meetings, safety campaigns and audits, providing input for continual improvement of site HSE performance
12. Maintain and upload records of training, inspections, incidents and HSE performance indicators for reporting to project and corporate management in Saipem portal
13. Ensure proper communication of ADNOC/Saipem LSR and project HSE policies among all personnel
14. Promote leadership in health and safety within all levels of the workforce

Oversee the planning and implementation of HSE / Process Safety inspection and audit ensuring inspection for all the related operations, assets, equipment, projects, etc., and shifts are planned and conducted per the schedule Review, evaluate, and analyze work environments and design programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury caused by chemical, physical, and biological agents or ergonomic factors Implement Life Protection Rules LPR On Site Coordination of Gas Testing before work is done in Confine Spaces and Hazardous areas (HOT Work activities etc). Ensure that Personnel H2S Gas Monitor and Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) / EEBA are available on site before work is done in critical areas.
