• Applying the sales and marketing strategy for Department, plan and manage its implementation, and be responsible for communication & achieving of this strategy with the sales team
• Work closely with Sales team to ensure the eficient day to day operation of the Sales Department and that all revenue and profitability targets are achieved in line & manage over all department as a section head
• Know our competitors - Analyzing their top accounts-study the market & put the strategy to approach the top accounts & what's the goals to achieve over all.
Organize and Participate in all required meetings and sales related activities (ex. sales blitz's, client functions, hotel awareness campaigns with all department in the hotel, Business
Groups etc..
• Increase & expand the hotel corporate sales profile, portfolio, clients form both Corporate & government segments & Over all hotel Budget, Revenue, Forecasting requested by the GM
