•Ensure all functions workflows are in compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001).

•Establish and lead organizational development projects, such as: EFQM, ISO, and local and International tenders.

•Prepare internal audit schedules, conduct audits, prepare related audit and nonconformity reports and take any necessary corrective actions.

•Prepare, implement and follow through the grants application, implementation and closing.

•Manage company wide projects by facilitating team efforts and helping define project goals, scheduling and resource allocation.

•Identify business processes in coordination with management to ensure their proper execution and assist in their establishment while creating a healthy and satisfactory environment.

•Conduct and analyse customer satisfaction surveys and issue reports semi-annually.
