Software: Leading a large team of developers and designers of ERP, managing their daily progress arranging their related travel, accommodation, visa, contractual issues, holding weekly meeting and supervising their activities such as Demos and Presentation, tracking deployments and up raising problems, taking charge in all correspondence between the client and the company. Scheduling and arranging of the team member related work activities, reviewing all submitted documents between the developers and the client, supervision ( customization, download of exiting database, deployment, installation of software, testing scenarios).
Reporting: Daily, monthly progress reports and project planning using Microsoft Project. Conduction weekly review meeting with team leaders, chairing meeting with clients’ heads departments and project manager.
Sign Off: Completing and closing projects with exempt of facing any sort of penalties including financial ones.
After Sales Services: follow up service contracts (after sales service and warranties periods) as per contractual issues, schedule preventive maintenance visits and procedures, payments

 Business Development: responsible for identifying market needs and technology enhancements.
 Sales (Jordan, Palestine & Gulf): identify potential clients; carry out sales demos, draft technical and financial offers and close deals.
 Hardware: following up supply procedures: Orders, delivery, receipt, invoice, installation scheduling, documents all mentioned process above.
