• Conducting interviews and coordinating with Direct Manager to confirm candidates’ selection.
• Organizing the recruitment of staff to fill budgeted vacancies according to the approved Manpower Plan in conjunction with the Direct Manager.
• Short listing CVs in line with manpower brief.
• Coordinating international recruitment and the arrival and settling in of the new hires.
• Managing the entire visa process for new hires internally and externally.
• Preparing visa utilization documents and submitting to the respective international recruitment agency to ensure timely issuance of visa to the accepted candidate.
• Acting as a key liaison between the business and new employees with respect to visa application and processing.
• Managing all administration relating to overseas employees.
• Verifying all received recruitment documents of accepted candidates in compliance with Company Policy and Procedures.
• Assisting the recruitment department/line managers with respect to filling vacant positions in line with manpower budget.
• Analyzing, developing and maintaining good customer relationships and advising clients as to investment options to achieve financial success and maximize sales opportunities.
• Supporting branch operational activities and financial services including retail loan, mortgage, investments, private banking, insurance, small business, merchant services.
• Processing all new account transactions and performing intermediate duties and Cross-selling the Bank's products and services.
• Fully knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of teller, vault, safe deposit, processing and boarding DDA lines of credit and credit applications.
• Providing support in the various human resource functions, including recuitment administration, training and development, performance monitoring, employee counseling, personnel and payroll.
• Responsible for maintaining personnel files and records.
• Documenting employee benefits records by using Oracle system.
• I was responsible for cashing checks, deposits and loan payments, and processing withdrawals with 100% accuracy and was able to detect and stop fraudulent transactions and prevent bank losses.
• Interacting with the customers providing them with information about customers' accounts and different bank services.
• Selling consumer accounts, savings bonds and processing necessary paperwork for Certificates of Deposit as requested by customers.
