• Maintain Live Network of Two Dedicated Clients (Hospitality & Finance) across the Globe, Includes Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Configuration and Operation Support.
• Perform New Site Commissioning and Cutover, Helping onsite technicians in configuring and replacement of Network devices.
• Troubleshooting of Cisco Network Devices: Routers, Switches, firewalls, Wireless Controllers, access points, customer devices i.e. Registers, handhelds devices etc.
• Working with leading Service providers like AT&T, Verizon, Century Link to isolate Network issues like Primary Link (T1) Down, Secondary Link (VSAT) down.
• Raising and Following up with service providers for Circuit Bouncing, Input and CRC Errors Incrementing Issues.
• Monitor the (T1 Link)Data circuit, VSAT (backup) and Voice Circuit for Stability, Pull PM Monitor reports
• Verify and monitor High Input and Output Utilization of Serial and Metro Ethernet Interface of Routers
• Configure and Troubleshooting Routing Protocols, ACLs, VLAN, Port-security on Cisco routers and switches.
• Worked in Network Design, Migration and cutover process for Wireless Devices.
• Monitoring (L1) ASA 5505, 5520 Firewalls for Application Utilization, Failover Links.
• Zone creations, making changes in the Policies as required by Customers.
• Troubleshooting of different VPN Tunnel issues.
• Experiencing in Loading Balancing devices (F5 BIG IP, NetScaler).
• Worked on Various issues of reachability, error msg on Customer URL or Websites.
• Validate the traffic passing through F5, NetScaler in Virtual IP’S, Pool and Pool members, Creating, Enable/Disable the VIP’S as per customer needs.
• Working on Port Security, Re-enabling the Ports and Removing the Sticky mac add.
• Configuration Changes on Switches as per business requirement like VLAN & Policy Changes.
• Works on all Issues of Satellite Devices like I-direct Modem and Link-star connected to Secondary Circuit (VSAT).
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Event analysis done for all critical, major outages to identify the reason for outage and implement corrective measures.
• Configuration, Installation and Troubleshooting of wireless devices of Cisco, Motorola i.e. WLC, ABS Controller and Access Point.
• Taking first level escalation for management and immediate escalation of High Severity and chronic issues.
• Creating TAC Cases for the Cisco Products (Routers, Switches, WLC and Access Points).
• Coordinate problem-solving efforts between customers, NOC personnel, 3rd party vendors, partners, and field service personnel.
• Analyze and interpret existing LAN/WAN infrastructures: provide information, advice or instructions and assist in problem resolution.
