• Responsible for Project Sales business for the assigned territory. Proper Forecasting, building up project pipelines, & achievement of sales as well as specifications.
• Identify new opportunities for conversion & convert the identified business opportunities.
• Involved in customer initiatives & technical engagement for selected accounts. Extracting business, delivery and process setting up. Generating & Driving Specification for all architectural products through Architects, Clients, PMCs & Turnkey Contractors across the assigned territory as well as for the other regions.
• Gather Information from the Market on competition activity & market mapping.
• Identifying and driving business development activities for growth in new products, segments and applications for the Key Accounts.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• My skills include assessing prospects, making most of the available options and closing profitable deal.
• I also take on follow-up roles as and when required and expanding project sales.
• Maintaining the Market Channel. Liaising with Architects, Interior Designers, Project Management Consultants, Contractors and Clients.
• Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; Product recommendation.
• Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
• Enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
