presently undergoing as a trainee at Belhoul group(temporary).Dealing with hardware/software issues. hard drive diagnosis, windows updating and installation, hard drive cloning, backup and recovery data for windows. Hard drive partition.
Setting new user id and account. installation and configuration of outlook and teams. troubleshooting issues also have basic knowledge
in active directory and ticketing system. Printer and scanner installation.
In networking TCP/IP configuration, switch configuring and reset.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges. My job role included preparing reports on loyalty card, customer complaints, gift cards, etc
Employed of front end languages(JavaScript, CSS, HTML) to create user-oriented visuals and features. Testing and improving the design of the website. Incorporating functionalities and features into websites. Was assigned in designing sample pages including colors and fonts. Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
